DoIT Computer & Accessory Rentals
UW-Madison faculty, staff and students can rent the following items from the DoIT Service Desk on a daily, weekly, monthly or semester basis. A valid UW-Madison ID is required. To arrange rentals or check on availability please call (608) 263-4991 or visit the DoIT Service Desk.
Location and Hours
The DoIT Service Desk is in the Computer Science and Statistics Building at 1210 W Dayton Street, just down the hall from the DoIT Tech Store. Our hours are Monday through Friday - 7:45 AM until 5:00 PM.
Payment
Payment of rental fees can be cash, check or credit card. Payment is required in full at the time of equipment pick-up.
Laptops and Projectors for Loan (free of charge service)
If you would like to borrow a laptop or projector from the campus InfoLabs free of charge for up to 3 days, please visit the following website:
UW InfoLabs Equipment Checkout. Departments may also borrow laptops and projectors free of charge from the
Digital Media Center.
